Mission Statement: The mission of Performance Athletics Gymnastics is to provide a place “Where fun and fitness join hands in a safe environment to inspire people of all ages and abilities to learn physical, mental and social skills that last a lifetime.”

Vision: To motivate, inspire and share the joy of a healthy active lifestyle within a learning environment where everyone feels welcome, appreciated and accepted on their path to excellence in fitness and in life.

Performance Athletics was founded for the purpose of creating a professional gymnastics training center in a friendly and professional atmosphere where all students can reach his/her potential. Performance Athletics has quickly become recognized as the premier training facility on the Central Coast.

Our excellent staff ensures a safe and fun gymnastics experience for everyone. We are dedicated to the preparation and development of each student on an individual basis. Our goal is to build strong recreational and competitive gymnastics programs along with cheerleading and fitness programs that will provide a positive experience in the sport of gymnastics and cheerleading, as well as instill confidence and self worth within each athlete.

Performance Athletics is a state-of-the-art gymnastics facility serving San Luis Obispo County since 2003. All of our coaches are United States Association of Gymnastics (USAG) professional/instructor members and are certified by Kinder Accreditation for Teachers (KAT) and Hands On Training (HOT). They also hold USAG Safety, CPR, and first aid certifications and are skilled in working with children of all ages in age-appropriate gymnastics and motor skills/movement. Owner Leslie Breeze and her coaching staff have received numerous awards for their personal athletic achievements. They have been recognized at the state level, regionally, and nationally for competitions in artistic gymnastics, cheerleading, tumbling, dance, and/or sports acrobatics. Many of the coaches have degrees in physical education and teaching credentials. Our coaches have brought our students to top levels that have achieved numerous awards state, regionally, and nationally in artistic gymnastics and cheerleading.
