REMINDERS

1. Please notify the front office of any address, phone, or contact changes, in case of an emergency.
2. Please remember to fill out your two weeks notice for drops to avoid continued tuition charges.  Forms are available in the office.
3. Pay for 4 consecutive sessions to receive a 10% discount.   When you do this, you will receive four (4) FREE Saturday Events!  Or, if you pay for the next session at least one week ahead of time, your child will receive one (1) FREE Saturday Event!
4. FREE Family Fun Play for PreSchool students when you pay one week prior to the start of Session.
5. Our upstairs area has a study hall and is a “Quiet Zone”. Please feel free to use this area when classes are not in session, but please do not leave children unattended. For your child’s safety, NO children are allowed upstairs if they are unsupervised or unattended. Thank You.
6. Refer a friend and when they sign up, both parties get $10 off pro-shop item
   (not good towards competition gear) or a free session of Saturday events! Plus matching T-shirts! 

POLICIES

1. MEMBERSHIP: $35.00 annual membership fee per child (due at the date of enrollment; up to 3 siblings, any children thereafter are included with first 3).  Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of enrollment.
2. TUITION: Due on the first class of each new session. Payments received after that will be assessed a $5.00 billing fee ($10.00 for competitive programs).  Visa, MasterCard and Discover accepted.  Automatic withdrawal is available, see office. $30.00 fee applied for all returned checks.  All sessions are 4 weeks unless indicated; proration or make ups will be allowed for 3 week sessions.
3. DROPS: If dropping, please fill out a drop form 2 weeks prior to drop date to cancel enrollment and tuition charges!  Forms are available at the office.  Email notices are no longer accepted.  You will be responsible for tuition for failure to notify the office.
4. VACATIONS: Must be in writing 30 days prior (see office), we will pro-rate your tuition for any missed classes (only valid July 1 through August 31 – up to two weeks for recreational programs only, not applicable to competitive programs).
5. DISCOUNTS: You will receive a 10% discount, when you pay for four (4) consecutive sessions in advance (NO refunds).  Sibling discounts: $5.00 off 2^nd child in program, $10.00 off 3^rd, $15.00 off 4^th, etc.
6. MAKE-UPS: Can be made only during enrolled session. To make up a missed class, you must call in advance to reserve a spot in the Saturday make-up class (2^nd Saturday of every month from 12:00-1:00 pm) or during a Saturday class in the child’s level. Failure to attend your scheduled make up will result in a forfeit of the make up/missed class.
7. CLOSURES: Scheduled gym closures are: April 2-8 (Spring Break); May 28 (Memorial Day); July 2-8 (Independence Break); September 3 (Labor Day); November 19-25 (Thanksgiving Break); December 24-30, 2012 (Winter Break).  Sessions will have 4 weeks of class; when holidays interrupt sessions, members will be offered a make-up or prorated rate, if needed.
8. EVENTS: (members & non-members are welcome; sign up & pay in advance, subject to cancellation; your account will be credited):

• FAMILY FUN PLAY: every Saturday of each month: 11:00am-12:00pm, (ages 2-12) *Members-$12.50 per child/class, Non-members-$15.00 per child/class
• BOYS EVENT CLINIC: 1^st Saturday of every month: 11:00am-1:00pm, $15.00 per child, (ages 5+)
• TUMBLE & TRAMP CLINIC: 1^st Saturday of every even month: 1:00-3:00pm, $15.00 per child, (ages 5+)
• ULTIMATE BARS CLINIC: 1^st Saturday of every odd month: 1:00-3:00pm, $15.00 per child, (ages 5+)
• OPEN GYM is on the 2^nd Saturday of every month: 1:00-3:00pm, $15.00 per child, (ages 5+)
• PARKOUR CLINIC: 2^nd Saturday of every month: 1:00-3:00pm, $15.00 per child, (ages 5+)
• PARENTS NIGHT OUT: 2^nd Saturday every month, 5:30pm-10:30pm, (potty trained, ages 3+) *Members-$30.00 per child/$50.00 per family, Non-members-$40.00 per child/$60.00 per family.
• BACK HANDSPRING CLINIC: 3^rd Saturday of every month: 1:00-3:00pm, $15.00 per child, (ages 5+)
• AERIAL SILKS CLINIC: 3^rd Saturday of every month: 1:00-3:00pm, $15.00 per child, (ages 5+)
• ACRO CLINIC: 4^th Saturday of every month: 1:00-3:00pm, $15.00 per child, (ages 5+)
